Giayang Company held the 2023 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference in the comprehensive venue on January 31, 2024, and held the 2024 Spring Festival Gala on the same day. The general manager of the company summarized the annual production and operation at the morning meeting. Chairman Wei Zhiyu fully affirmed the outstanding operating performance achieved in 2023 while the external environment was very poor; at the same time, he analyzed the current market environment and economic situation, and fully affirmed Giayang's determination and strength to cope with the harsh market environment as a leading enterprise in the precision casting industry. Also, a total of 261 outstanding employees were commended by the company at the meeting, accounting for nearly half of the total number of front-line production employees of the company.

The dance "Good Luck is Coming" performed by the company's core leadership team kicked off the afternoon Spring Festival Gala. Dynamic and fashionable dances, magnificent choruses and humorous stage plays immersed Giayang people in a joyful and festive atmosphere.
